We are people living in the vicinity of Styal with a desire to see a viable future for Styal railway station.

The local rail operator, Northern Rail, is progressive in this respect and encourages community engagement.

Our aims:

• Campaigning for a development of rail services for the local community and visitors to Styal (principally to National Trust property and HMP Styal).
• Helping to promote the above services. 
• Enhancing the appearance of the station (Styal themed signs, flowers).
• Provision of a station community notice board.
• Provision of real-time information on each platform.
